Bear Grylls We Are Not

Sadly, this weekend, 19 adventure racing teams at the Aqua Terra Expedition race proved we would have to pack lighters with us when exploring the wilderness as we weren't able to start a fire using the bow drill method. Not even one team. Some teams, including ours, got to make smoke, but it was just taking too long to even get one ember to spark. Oh well, good thing we brought a jet boil to the race.
