So, its been over two months since the start of RTNX and still we are getting new reports and videos and most crazy of all, more detailed explanations of the ranking. Can't say that they weren't thorough! :) Weird thing I noticed is that SART withdrew but still ranked above us...but I think that is because of the caveat of them advancing further than us before requiring assistance. So I've always wondered if sickness, like colds, etc could affect your conditioning and your perceived effort. Well, it looks like I have one data point that supports this notion. I read somewhere that any kind of URT infection can affect your heart rate and it seems to be the case with my eye infection...look at the graph below:
